Can I place an order online but self collect it instead?
Yes you may! Do include in the remarks before you check out and we will drop you a text once it is ready for collection.

How do I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit/debit cards through a secure checkout.
We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay. We've also partnered with Atome Singapore to offer a Instalment payment option for all local orders.

Will I be charged for taxes and import duty for my order?
The order & shipping fees paid during checkout do not include taxes and import duties.
All international orders may be subjected to custom and/or import duties, handling fees, VAT and/or Taxes through customs upon arrival into your country. The fees imposed are solely determined by the customs agency within the destination country, PLAIN SUPPLIES have no control over such situations and cannot predict what they may be.

Is my transaction secure?
Absolutely. We take the security of your transactions seriously. Our website is equipped with advanced encryption technology to safeguard your personal and payment information.
How can I track my order and payment status?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.
Once your order has been shipped out, you will receive an email notification along with the tracking details. Alternatively, you can log in to your account to view order details, payment history, and track the shipment in real-time.

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your order before completing the purchase.

I forgot to apply the discount code during checkout. Can I still get the discount? OR Can I cancel and reorder with the discount?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are confirmed. We recommend double-checking your order details, including discounts, before finalising your purchase.
Can I apply multiple discount codes to a single order?
Generally, our system allows the use of only one discount code per order. Choose the code that provides the best value for your purchase.
How is my order being packed?
Depending on the type of items you’ve bought and also where you are based at, your order will be packed in a padded polymailer or cardboard box. This will keep your ordered items safe during shipment.
All our accessories including watch straps comes in a pouch that doubles as a microfibre cloth for you to clean and store the product.
As for our lifestyle goods, it all comes in a pouch/box.

Can I customize a product from scratch?
All our products are ready-made, no changes can be made unless it is to shorten the length of the accessories*

Where can I find detailed information regarding a product?
You can find the material used/product specifications in the individual product listings.

How do I know if an item is available for personalisation?
Products that are available for engraving will have the option for you to preview how the text looks like before you add to cart.
However, if you are unable to preview the text or there is no such option, do reach out to Ariel via our site so that we can assist you further! (located at the bottom of our site)
How do I know if your straps are compatible with my watch?
Our strap sizes are 16mm, 18mm, 20mm & 22mm.
Even though our straps can cater for different watches, it would be best for you to head down to the Lab so that we are able to advise you better!
You can also try on the different straps we have to see which suits you best.
Do you provide gift wrapping?
We do not provide gift wrapping but you may purchase a Gift Box!
Do let us know if you need a 'For You' card or if you want us to include our recyclable carriers inside your parcel. You may leave a note upon checkout for such requests.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?
PLAIN SUPPLIES Return & Exchange Policy is subjected to merchandises purchased on our website — www.plainsupplies.com or at our Offline Store(s). Any PLAIN SUPPLIES merchandises purchased through third parties or our stockists are not covered under this Return Policy.

Can I exchange an item for a different size or colour?
Yes, we offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability.
Items purchased at our physical / online store may be exchanged at our store within 7 days from the date of purchase with a proof of purchase (such as the physical / e-receipt). *Subject to availability
We regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have undergone personalisation.

Can I get a cash refund?
All eligible refunds will be issued as store credit in the form of a Gift Card. We apologise, but we do not offer cash refunds for all orders.
Where do I access my Store Credit? (Gift Card)
You can check the balance of your store credit by logging into your account on our website. The available balance will be displayed in your account dashboard.
Can I use store credit for part of my order and pay the remaining amount with another payment method?
Yes, you can use store credit for part of your order, and any remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method during checkout.
PLAIN SUPPLIES LAB Information
Where can I find the Lab?
PLAIN SUPPLIES LAB is located at 107 North Bridge Rd, Singapore 179105, Funan Mall #02-10.
What are the Lab operating hours?
We operate from 11:30am to 9pm daily.
What are the available payment modes in the Lab?
We only accept Cash, Paynow/PayLah!, Atome, E-CapitaLand Voucher, Visa, Mastercard & American Express (inclusive of Apple Pay & Google Pay).
For Personalisation requests, is it free? Am I able to collect it on the same day?
The fee for Laser Engraving is $20 for PLAIN SUPPLIES products or $25 for your own items*.
The process takes 15 to 30 minutes, depending on the store's crowd. You can collect it on the same day!

Material Suitability:
Our team will verify the suitability of your item for laser engraving, to the best of our ability. Some materials may react unexpectedly to the engraving process, potentially causing damage or undesirable outcomes.
Am I able to reserve an item?
Yes, subject to availability. You may drop us your reservation request via our IG-DM or via our other platforms.
Items will only be reserved up till 5 days and we will let go if there is no response from you.
Is there a price difference online or offline?
Prices are similar for both online & offline except for when we are running different promotions - subscribe to our newsletter to be kept updated!
